How to install District Shared Printer

District Shared printers are printers made available for employees, which can be accessed at various sites. Examples would include Copiers in teachers workrooms and color printers made available for staff. If you wish to print to one of these printers, it is very simple to install the printer. First click on the Start Menu, and type the word Printers which should bring up the option Devices and Printers. Once in these options, at the top of the window, select Add a Printer. This will present you with two options. Select Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer. 
From here you can select the printer you wish to install.

Please note that this printer should not be set as your default. This can create many misprints.
